MMG President Scott Norman named to IPO committee.
(OVERLAND PARK, KAN.) April 30, 2004—Scott Norman, president and founder of Millennium Marketing Group, Ltd., an international advertising agency and marketing consulting firm, has been appointed to serve a two-year term on the Small Entities Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
IPO, based in Washington, D.C., supports member interests relating to legislative and international issues, provides news and educational services and networking opportunities for members and disseminates information to the public on the importance of intellectual property rights
“I’m pleased to have been selected to serve on a very worthwhile committee,” Norman said. “Innovation among small entities and individuals makes up a large percentage of the manufacturing sector, and I’m glad to be a representative within this arena.”
The Small Entities Committee monitors intellectual property issues of particular interest to small businesses and independent inventors and actively seeks the views of that community on those issues. Its primary goal is to increase the effectiveness of IPO in representing small businesses and independent inventors, thereby increasing their participation and membership in IPO.
MMG, based in Overland Park, is an international marketing firm, established in 1998, that commercializes new products with a primary emphasis on its technology brokerage division. |
